Last Will and Testament of Jacob Henneberger
In the name of God, Amen.
I Jacob Henneberer, being of sound mind and memory, do make and declare the following to be my last will and testament.
1st, it is my wish to be buried in a Christian-like manner.
2nd, I give and bequeath all my personal property of which I am possessed at the time of my death, to my children, also including my step daughter Bertha Wolz to be divided equal all sharing alike.
I nominate and appoint my son Joseph Henneberger to be my lawful executor of this my last will and testament, without bond.
Given under my hand and seal this 24th day of March 1913.

In the matter of the estate of Jacob Henneberger, deceased.
And now comes Joseph Henneberger, Executor of the estate of said Jacob Henneberger, deceased, and represents to the court, that upon final settlement, this day made of said estate, there is a balance left for distribution, in accordance with the last Will of said deceased, the sum of $3765.11.
That it is provided in and by the last Will and testament of the said deceased, that all his property should be equally divided between his children and a step daughter, named Bertha Wolz.
That the children left by the said deceased are: Joseph Henneberger, Mary Wolz, Lena Blile, Katie Epple, and Regina Breuning. This executor further represents to the Court, that there was assessed against the share of Bertha Wolz, a collateral inheritance tax to the amount of $28.70, which has been paid by this executor out of the assets of the estate, and the same must be deducted from the share of the Bertha Wolz, so that the aforesaid balance yet on had should be divided as follows:
To Bertha Wolz, step daughter of the deceased $603.60
To Joseph Henneberger, $632.30
To Mary Wolz, $632.30
To Lena Blile, $632.30
To Katie Epple, $632.30
To Regina Breuning, $632.30
Total ……………...$3765.10
Wherefore the premises considered, this Executor prays the Court to make an order of Distribution herein in accordance with the facts above stated.
Joseph Henneberger, the above named executor being first duly sworn upon his oath, states that the facts set out in the above application are true to the best of his knowledge and belief.
